What is the Simplificare wedding website?
The Simplificare wedding website is a new interactive way to securely share with your guests more information about yourselves and your upcomming wedding.
Is there more than one type of wedding website?
Yes! Simplificare has created two types of wedding wesbites. The first is an eRSVP website and the second is a traditional style RSVP website.
What is an eRSVP website?
With an eRSVP website, you enter the first names of those you are inviting to your wedding into the website. The website generates an RSVP code for each invitation, you then include that code on a card directing the invitee to reply using your website instead of a traditional RSVP card and self-addressed, stamped envelope. When the invitee enters their code on the website, they are presented with an electronic RSVP survey. Once they fill out the survey and click submit, the information is stored for the bride or groom to access right away.
What is a traditional style RSVP website?
So you are still interested in having a secure way to share information about your wedding but still want to complete the RSVP cards the traditional way. Not a problem, with a traditional style website you can generate a single password that you can include with your invitations to give those invited access to the secure sections of the website.
Can I switch website types after purchase?
The short answer to this is no. You must specify the type of website you would like at the time of purchase.
Can I see a demo?
Yes! A demonstration version of an eRSVP wedding website has been setup here: http://weddingdemo.simplificare.net
The demonstration version of the site has been configured with some invitations and page data already created. Simplificare recommends trying both the administration interface and a non-responded invitation.
To access the administration interface click on the demonstration link above. Then find the login link at the bottom right on the page that opens. Then use the following information to login:
Username: admin
Password: demopw
Feel free to test different aspects of the website! Don't be afraid to add invitations, files or new banners. The site will automatically reset to the default settings, invitations and page content every hour.
